Construction Management and Pre-Construction: Overall program and schedule development with designer and owner team; preliminary budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews during plan development; resourcing and long-lead mitigation of materials; permit management; project schedule control; and project administration, to include accounting and reporting.

General Contracting: Competitive bidding, initiation and supervision of the bid solicitation process, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation for both fixed-price and cost-plus formats.

Design-Build: Capable of providing in-house drafting as necessary; experienced in generating complete construction documents for permitting and construction utilizing a proven network of consulting design professionals to fit projects of all sizes.
